The Boundary Group is an Irish holding company with a reputation for the increasing the rate of return from a variety of businesses. The deal seems like a good fit.

A quick check of Craiglist and Kijiji and other free classified sites shows a limited number of ads in Ireland. The Irish Buy and Sell magazine should be a good position to defend its market share and possibly introduce a free competitor to help defend its market.

There has been speculation for months that DMGT will be selling its Loot business in UK. Loot is also owned by DMGT’s Associated Newspaper Limited. DMGT has retained the Gazelle Corporate Finance Limited to advise on the Loot and Associated Newspaper Limited business operations. Gazelle Corp seem to be experts in mergers, acquisitions, mergers and exits. They seem to well aligned if DMGT’s goal.
